- The reservation can be made in person, by phone (85/6812028, 519022846, 519022854), or my e-mail (kontakt@pokojezubr.pl). The confirmation of the reservation is payment of 30% of the cost of stay as an advance to the bank account: 55 8060 0004 0552 7498 3000 0010, the title should include the date of the reservation, name, surname and the contact phone number – e.g. (an advance for 01.01-05.01.2017, Jan Kowalski, tel. 600123456) the rest of the sum is paid on the day of arrival.
- Paying the advance and the reservation is confirmed by e-mail.
- The advance is not returnable unless the resignation is expressed 30 days before the planned visit. In such situation 50% of the paid sum is returned. The advance is returned fully if the service is not provided due to the facility.
- The price of stay includes media, access to the shared part of the house with all parts of equipment and technical devices, bedclothes and towels.
- The bed places in our facilities are rented for hotel nights, at the guests’ disposal we have 5 double rooms.
- A hotel night starts at 2 p.m. and finishes at 10 a.m. the next day.
- The prolongation of stay can be made depending on the possibilities.
- At the day of arrival guests should fill in the registration papers (they should show an identity card) and pay for the rest of the stay. We are obliged to register each guest so thank you for your understanding.
- At the beginning and end of the period of stay the Host and Guest will check the state of the rooms.
- The Host shows the Guest a parking place, but is not responsible for the damage caused by third parties.
- The tourist information, maps and folders concerning the local attractions can be found at the Reception.
- If you decide to resign from your stay in the Agrotourism “ŻUBR” earlier, you do not receive the paid money back nor the reduction for the unused period.
- The Guest should inform the hosts about any damage in the room (property) or noticing it.
- Our Guests are fully responsible, also financially, for all kinds of damages and destructions made on the territory of the facilities, caused by them or people they are responsible for (e.g. children).
- Please do not leave children unattended. Take extreme care being near the steps and on the balcony, while using electrical appliances and outside the house.
- We are not responsible for children not attended and all the situations that may result from this.
- Smoking is banned in the house (also in the bathrooms).
- Keeping pets in the lodgings without prior host’s consent is forbidden.
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving in an aggressive manner and not obeying this regulation can be denied the room by the hosts (order to leave the Facility) with immediate effect without returning the already made payments.
- The hosts are not responsible for the Guests’ property.
- A Guest cannot invite additional people to stay in the room and treat them as his/her own guests without the Host’s consent. People visiting the Guests are obliged to pay for a lodging until 10 p.m.
- Receiving, after a Host’s consent, additional people in the room needs an additional payment.
- People who do not obey this regulation or will infringe the other guests’ right to rest comfortably shall be immediately removed from the Facility “ŻUBR” by us without any right to compensation.
- A Guest who decides to stay in our Agrotourism automatically obliges himself to obey this regulation and accept its conditions.
- We would like to be informed about all the atypical situations that are not included in this regulation, but are connected to the safety of our facility.
- The hosts of Agroturism GUEST ROOMS “ŻUBR” decide about all matters not covered by this regulations.
- There is a possibility of arriving earlier without any additional payment after making sure that the room is free on a given day.
- The Guests receive keys/cards to their rooms and they are obliged to return them at the moment of ending their visit. Losing or destroying the key/card results in an obligation to pay PLN 100 for them.
- In the hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the Guests are obliged to respect the curfew.
- The garbage bags are to be taken out to the dumpster and containers that are outside the building.
- The Guests are obliged to pay attention to tidiness.
- There is a possibility to use a washing machine at an extra charge.
- The room equipment cannot be taken outside building.
- Due to the requirements of fire protection and general safety, the fire alarm is installed in the building. In the rooms and bathrooms it is forbidden to use heaters, microwave ovens, radiator, gas or electrical appliances that are not a part of a fixed equipment of the apartment. It does not concern the charger and power supplies of the household appliances and computers.
- In case of emergency the first aid kit can be found at the reception on the ground floor.
- The facility is monitored.
- All matters not covered by this regulation are subject to legal provisions applying in Poland.
